Shibari Tulum is fortunate to have its own large outdoor cenote, Tuuch, on our grounds, which can be enjoyed by our guests. Additionally, if you are not staying at Shibari, we offer daypass.

Shibari Tulum is an adults-only hotel. We welcome visitors age 18 and up.
For your comfort, we offer on-site parking at a cost of $20 USD per night, subject to availability.
Check-in begins at 3 pm, and runs until 11:30 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability. Our reception is open 24 hours.
Check-out is at 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability with an extra charge.

Shibari is a “cashless hotel” and does not accept cash payments. Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
To preserve the environment in our jungle habitat, Shibari Tulum does not allow pets in rooms, nor in shared areas.
Unfortunately, due to the natural terrain surrounding Shibari Tulum, at this time we aren’t able to offer handicapped-accessible rooms or pathways.

While Shibari Tulum is an adults-only hotel, clothing is required, and nudism isn’t permitted.
Tuuch is a natural cenote, and therefore, we have a commitment to preserve and care for it. In addition to its historical richness, a cenote is a valuable ecosystem teeming with natural flora and fauna.
For the preservation and care of this natural wonder, we request our guests to take a mandatory shower before swimming, as well as the use of biodegradable products on the skin to avoid harming the water and the wonderful natural surroundings.
The Tuuch Cenote is a marvel of nature that is constantly changing and evolving. Like life itself, it undergoes natural cycles that can alter its appearance. At times, you may notice that the cenote waters can take on a darker hue instead of their characteristic crystalline state. This is completely normal and is part of its natural cycle. Furthermore, this phenomenon of color change is partly due to the protection of the spawning of various marine species in the region, adding an even more fascinating component to its evolution.
Sometimes, weather conditions or the clarity of the cenote waters may not allow swimming in Tuuch Cenote, in order to protect our natural treasure and ensure the safety of our guests. However, we invite you to enjoy our jacuzzi lounge, where you can relax and enjoy good music while savoring top-notch cocktails with premium drinks.
